FEATURED CASE STUDY :
L’exotique will be a building with 66 apartments, 4 commercial premises, another building for office use, 1,819 parking spaces, and more. With a total cost estimate of 150 million euros minimum, it is a significant real estate project, which will emerge from the land, or rather the rock, at the western entrance of the Principality.
Construction was scheduled in 2017, followed by the completion the summer after the transfer of the upper greenhouses of the Botanical Garden. The development will open up access to the Principality by differentiating the levels of traffic intensity of the Boulevard du Jardin Exotique, whilst forming a physical barrier, along with a pedestrian crossing thus linking the operation above to the lower city.
